Put the unit number into your navigation as well as the post code. Travel down Airfield Road until you see Wessex Motors on the corner.

Turn right where Wessex Motors is into the smaller industrial estate.

Empire Fitness is the unit right in front of you with the small grass space and the sheltered area.
